And we also enjoy distilling … It’s been more than 30 years lighting the stills every October, just at the time when the wine has finished fermenting and the skins are ready.

We have 24 copper stills, similar to those used by our ancestors, only improved by a source of constant heat, a burner, which guarantees that the process does not have temperature peaks that alter the composition and ensures that the quality of the distillate is homogeneous.

In the simplest and most ancestral process that exists, in our old stills.With a capacity of approximately 125 kg of load, from which in a work cycle of 10-12 hours we obtain an average of 10 litres of brandy. One litre per hour at the most… An intense eau-de-vie in flavours and smells, which preserves and expresses all the greatness and bravery of a grape distilled with a lot of patience and affection.
